We were finally home for a weekend and we had all sorts of fun with our Lubbock friends...
First up...Ethan's 3rd B-day party!!! (Ethan is on the far left with blue floaties)
Ethan had a fun party..complete with a super cool, "Cars 2" cake!
Saturday morning...Kate's girlfriend, Olivia, came over to play and we had a wonderful surprise visit from our sweet Miss Aimee and Ethan!! Ethan was a good sport to play with to very girlie girls!!
Kate spent her first 18 months at Miss Aimee's house...Ethan and his older brother, Elijah made her the "tough" girl she is today!! We loved seeing them and catching up for a while!! Olivia was the perfect play date...sweet, sweet girlfriends!
We (Michael) actually had some time to get some yard work done this weekend!! While we were enjoying being outside, a neighborhood cat wandered up to the house...he is nice and Kate LOVES him!!
Yes, Kate has on her jammies OUTSIDE! She named the cat, Pet The Pet! Good enough! We don't feed him, but he still comes around most evenings to check things out! He is the best PET we have ever had!! Pretty easy! Ha!
After church on Sunday and a good nap, Kate was ready to head to Jake's 6th birthday party!! He had his party at a local park, complete with "train" rides, jump house, pizza, cake and swimming!
